Cameron L. Mitchell

Cameron is the Founder and Executive Director of Free Fyre. He has been named the 2022 Poet Laureate of Murfreesboro and recently did the national debut of The Rebirth Tour. Cameron has presented regional and national for: PBS, TN Voices, Jazz Museum in Harlem, 92Q radio, Metro Arts, Civil Rights Museum, Lipscomb University, Meharry Medical college, among several others. He has created performances such as “Blackbird.” 

Cameron is a published artist with work that has been in exhibits at the Parthenon. He has been found in commercial work such as Uber, AT&T, and Life Way. Cameron’s poetic prowess and eclectic concepts blend together to create a transformational experience that inspires the community, and highlights mental health awareness.
