Personal Development
Mental health has become an increasing problem as we navigate life post pandemic. This is workshop is for those who need a positive and creative outlet to express themselves. No experience is required. This workshop includes discussion topic that relates to everyday life. Discussions help to unpack the mind before we lead into writing activities that helps participants express themselves and opportunities to share are created afterwards. this is great for building emotional intelligence to develop mental health, develop interpersonal skills, and finding confidence in your voice.
This includes:

Master Class
Our Master Class package is for those who would like to take their writing abilities to the next level. Here you will develop new creative writing techniques that can be used for performance and print work. Participants will learn how to use social/emotional learning, and interpersonal skill development in your work to connect with your audience. This can be a one day workshop or a series. A series is recommended for optimal outcome. It includes a discussions that help participants learn how to connect to their audience and see the things from different perspectives. This will be followed by on hand activities in which participants will free write and use the techniques.

This is good for writers, artists, special marketing, and those looking to learn new skills.

Professional Development
Often times we have multiple problems but we don’t have the capacity to quickly conjure new solutions. If you need new ways to approach problem solving this workshop is for you. This workshop is tailored to topics that your staff an/or organization can approach from a different perspective. This can be a one day workshop or a series. These workshops can be one day workshops, or on going.This can be good for:
